INFINITI OF HILTON HEAD has moved into a Brand New, Upscale, State-of-the-Art-Facility and is seeking to hire a Successful, Experienced Sales Manager to join our team! Luxury brand sales experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of dealership experience as a Sales Manager, proven leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate the sales team.

The Vaden family owns and operates 10 dealerships in three states. We also own an alternate transportation company, an Allstate Agency, a proprietary software development company and a management company. Sales Manager - Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train a high-performance sales team and close deals!
  • Lead, assist and motivate the sales team in meeting daily, weekly and monthly dealership sales goals
  • Drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer
  • Work with BDC to improve internet sales
  • Proficient in computing and quoting sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance and discounts
  • Maintain an accurate prospect list and follow up log
  • Develop a strong product knowledge and stay current
  • Clear understanding of dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance

  • Sales Manager - Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience is required
  • Luxury brand sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction and Retention
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
  • High energy, outgoing, persistent and persuasive
