Our client in Enfield, CT is looking for an energetic, Technical Product Software Specialist to join their team.


  • Support software products

  • Drive the technical excellence and service effectiveness for designated product lines in order to improve customer satisfaction

  • Invest in developing the highest level of system technical expertise in order to effectively support customers and employees.

  • Identify and deliver technical training for customers, third party service providers and employees.

  • Lead the highest level of technical support within Company to develop resolution action plans to fix both the product and customer issues.

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Service and Third-Party Service organizations for successful customer outcomes and conducts after action reviews to drive preventive measures and training.

  • Check, service and repair supported products in the field as necessary.

  • Participate in pre-and post-sales planning for software implementation at customer site.

  • Perform software installation and customer training on the software products at customer site

  • **Requires occasional emergency on site customer visits, sometimes on short notice to resolve the most challenging product and or customer issues.

    Skills and Experience:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school or equivalent military training.

  • 3-5 years' experience supporting software products.

  • Plus for A+, Security+, Network+ or equivalents.

  • Plus for experience with Exchange, SQL, Java, html, vbasic, python.



  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Must maintain a good driving record.
