Job Description

Top 3-5 Must Haves:
1. HVAC/Mechanical Office experience
2. Scheduling/Dispatching
3. High Volume Inbound Calls
4. Customer Service

Company Job Description:
* Handling of customer contacts with a professional, friendly attitude
* Accurately matching the contact with the proper resource
* Dispatch of service requests to technicians via a variety of platforms
* Maintenance of the service requests database
* Coordination of workload with a parallel department in Canada
* Scheduling and coordination of Field Service Technician site visits


8:30am - 5:30pm (as they get busier and introduce new products, those hours may go as late as 8:00pm - OT pay available)

- High school diploma
- Certification/additional education in the HVAC industry preferred not required

Measurement of Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience in the HVAC industry (installation, troubleshooting for residential or commercial)

Soft Skills:
- Communication skills - must be articulate
- Self Motivated
- Excellent written skills
- Organizational skills
