  • General Responsibilities as an On-Site Manager will include:
  • Assist with maintenance and improvement of the on-site program

  • Operations; reporting, new hire orientations, safety, compliance

  • Exercise independent judgment in guiding the activities of all associates and the associates of any sub-contractor to ensure job performance goals are met or exceeded

  • Create a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing the employer-associate relationship and their commitment to the client

  • Work closely with the client?s personnel to ensure that the client?s expectations are met

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and comply with them in all work activities

  • Provide in all aspects of the job
  • Desired Skills & Experience - On-Site Manager: 
  • 2+ years of customer service, staffing, or manufacturing industry experience preferred

  • Team management skills or similar work with a related industry is preferred

  • Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently

  • Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority, high volume environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

  • High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency

  • Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
