Pathways by Molina is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a Program Manager.

Responsible for overall, day-to-day operations including management of support staff and services provided as required by program director.

• Oversees all aspects of administrative operations of program
• Communicating and coordinating of services and program needs with each Care Coordinator and Community Support Associate Professional as appropriate
• Determining/refining the structure of the workflow within the program
• Supervise delivery of direct services and appropriate completion of case files to ensure documentation meets program standards
• Responsible for delivery of human resources information forms, timesheets and other additional paperwork to appropriated office staff as needed.
• Review required reports, oversees compliance of data reporting, review progress notes, HAPS, partner with QI for documentation reviews and requirements.
• Interviews and hiring of new staff, ensuring credentials are appropriate and send state letters for exceptions. Provide quarterly performance evaluations for staff.
• Oversees and coordinates time sheets, paychecks, and reimbursement delivery in compliance with policies and procedures
• Responsible for compiling monthly and quarterly statistics and other reports as required by program  and/or leadership
• May provide direct services for either program to ensure full knowledge of the program, and also to fill in as needed for coverage.
• Provide new hire training and any follow up trainings needed. Provide training on documentation and service role. Schedule state trainings for staff. Have staff shadow services provided for learning opportunities. • Research and promote staff development and training opportunities monthly.
• Travel required to outlying counties to support remote staff and attend meetings.

Education and/or Experience   
•    At least five years of experience proving an ability to work under minimal supervision, select from a variety of established procedures and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish assignments in a timely manner. 
•    Ability to make appropriate business decisions regarding budgets, expenses and delivery of services.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations  
•    RN, LICSW, LICSWA, LMHC, LMHCA, or masters level social worker, if not lciensed should have AACC. Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
