Provides security and protection for employees, guests and the property.
Responds to medical emergencies.
Handles unruly guests in combative situations.
Handles monetary transactions.
Writes required reports regarding all incidents that occur.
Operates Dispatch Center as required.
Directs foot and vehicular traffic during emergencies.
Performs CPR and Heimlich maneuver when needed. Assist paramedics as needed.
Operates mobile unit, patrol property and assist guests with vehicle problems.
Responds to alarms and communicates with Local State and Federal Law Enforcement agencies.
Enforces all Gaming Laws, Regulations and Company policies and procedures.
Performs all other job related duties as requested.
At least 6 months previous customer service experience.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, both in oral and written forms.
Military of police background.
Previous experience in working in a similar resort setting.
