Job Description Grade:

  • Provides security and protection for employees, guests and the property.
  • Responds to medical emergencies.
  • Handles unruly guests in combative situations.
  • Handles monetary transactions.
  • Writes required reports regarding all incidents that occur.
  • Operates Dispatch Center as required.
  • Directs foot and vehicular traffic during emergencies.
  • Performs CPR and Heimlich maneuver when needed. ¬†Assist paramedics as needed.
  • Operates mobile unit, patrol property and assist guests with vehicle problems.
  • Responds to alarms and communicates with Local State and Federal Law Enforcement agencies.
  • Enforces all Gaming Laws, Regulations and Company policies and procedures.
  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.
  • Required:

  • At least 6 months previous customer service experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, both in oral and written forms.
  • Preferred:

  • Military of police background.
  • Previous experience in working in a similar resort setting.
