Primary Duties Include:

•          Assist with helpdesk support and resolves problems to the end user’s satisfaction

•          Walks customers through the problem-solving process

•          Manage PC setup and deployment using standard hardware, images and software

•          Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software

•          Performs timely workstation hardware / software upgrades

•          Troubleshoots and repairs existing computer hardware / software issues

•          Supports Android tablets and cell phones

•          Provides support for proprietary software programs

•         Occasional travel required to setup new Branches and complete cut-overs in existing locations

Role Requirements:

•          Bachelors Degree from college or technical school; five years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

•          Proven experience as a help desk technician or customer support role

•          Working knowledge of MS Office 2013 and 2016, Windows 7 and 10

•          Ability to work well with others in an open office team environment

•          Strong skills in network troubleshooting, router and wireless implementations, VPN and remote access

•          Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record


•          Working knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 and thin clients, LabTech or other Remote Monitoring Management software a plus

•          Working knowledge of VMWare vSphere and VMware ESXi

•          Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies

•          Ability to research solutions/information regarding technical issues
