Design, test, and aid in the implementation of sensor alignment algorithmPlan and lead the execution of flight and laboratory testing to collect data for algorithm testing and to verify real-world performance
Improve current modeling and simulation capabilities to include the effects new conditions learned through flight and laboratory testing on end-to-end system performance
Produce algorithm documentation and test vectors necessary for embedded software implementation and integration into the digital system model
• Required skills:
o Critical thinking, algorithm design and evaluation, capable of hands-on implementation of complex test setups including CMWS flexure tool, WWAPC flight motion simulator, etc.
o Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, C++
o Experience with inertial stabilization, rotational transformations, 3D geometry is a plus
o Experience leading a small team is a plus
