SPC 4 certification is a must
SUMMARY: The Agile Coach will be performing Program and Portfolio level coaching for an Agile Train team that consists of 6-12 Agile teams which are roughly around 10 people for each team. The team that supports multiple lines of businesses horizontally across multiple products. The work locations and teams are spread across multiple time zones, both US and offshore. We are not looking for an Agile team Coach, but a SAFe Portfolio and Program level Coach. Must be a higher level Coach and have experience in the SAFe framework. (Scaled Agile Framework or "SAFe"). DUTIES: -Provide servant leadership in SAFe and Agile for the ART. Be the champion of SAFe to the ART and to all the employees interacting with the ART. -Coach the ART on better implementing SAFe at the Program and Portfolio levels. -Coach the RTE and Stakeholders in all aspects of SAFe implementation -Observe the ART at work. Develop recommendations, present to the relevant ART personnel, primarily the RTE and the stakeholders, and help implement. -Coach in planning and implement the ART PI Planning sessions. Attend the ART PI Planning meetings. Travel as needed domestically since these meeting rotate locations. -Coach Team SMs and POs as part of the overall ART, in Program Level ceremonies (e.g., PO Sync & Scrum of Scrums). -Coach in better usage of SAFe system of record (CA Rally) and tracking and usage of metrics relevant to improving the ART. -In your last year or two of experience, what % of your time have you spent doing Agile Coaching at the Team Level and what % at the Program/Portfolio Level? (earlier experience as an Agile Coach at the Team level is fine but their most recent experience should be at the Program/Portfolio level.) -One of the following three SAFe certification required - SPC4, SA (Leading SAFe), SP (SAFe for Teams). SPC4 certification highly preferred. -Other Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner or the SAFe SM/PO certifications). -Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer is a large plus.
