Job Description POSITION TITLE:  Project Manager - CAPEX – Specialty Chemical Facilities LOCATION: Houston, TX NES Global Talent is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within multiple industries. Our client is leading specialty chemical company based in the US with operations & facilities globally. They are looking to add a Project Manager to cover CAPEX projects at one of their chemical facilities in Houston, TX. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:  Project Manager - CAPEX – Specialty Chemical Facilities - Work closely with upper management and corporate project teams to develop, organize, and manage CAPEX projects at their specific facility - Create budgets, schedules, oversee safety of contractors, and manage quality of work - Oversee multiple projects at any given time ranging in size and budget - Be on-site during throughout duration of project from conception through commissioning ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  Project Manager - CAPEX – Specialty Chemical Facilities  - BS in Engineering; Mechanical preferred - 7+ years of experience ideally coming from a plant operating background - Strong experience managing CAPEX projects in a chemical or petrochemical plant - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask - Strong mechanical aptitudeEstablished in 1978, NES Global Talent provides a complete range of contract and permanent talent solutions to the Oil and Gas, Power, Construction and Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and IT sectors worldwide.
