OfficeTeam is hiring a highly-skilled and motivated individual to lead operations in the Honolulu, Hawaii office of a growing Non-Profit company as their Office Manager. Major responsibilities - Be in charge of over overall office administration - Observe and seek improvements to office organization - Support Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff - Assist in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow - Manage communication systems, office equipment, utility services, office reception, mail and distribution services, word processing, and copy services
Job Requirements- Well-founded grasp of copying - Quality experience with database management - Good understanding of mail processing - Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel - Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint - Strong familiarity with composing various kinds of correspondence - Earlier work involving filing - General familiarity with customer service - Practical knowledge of data entry - Comprehension of MS Outlook - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word - Solid understanding of working as an assistant - Skills in Microsoft Office - Conference call coordination experience - Knowledge of Calendar (docket) - Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Wide ranging experience with email - Proven knowledge of meeting coordination and planning - Prior experience with ordering office supplies and equipment - Solid understanding of scheduling - Experience with conference room setup cleanup - 3+ years of job related experience desired - Need past experience in a supervisory role If you are a qualified administrative / office management candidate looking to grow your career, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
