Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience to include gathering and documenting business requirements with Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years work experience in lieu of degree
Experience working within an SDLC (system development life cycle) methodology including any of the following: Agile, Waterfall, Smart BPM, RSA or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year working on an agile team
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
3+ years of experience with business process workflows
Advanced proficiency level with MS Office Applications
Advanced Knowledge of Agile Methodology and/or SCRUM
Agile product owner experience
Project management experience
Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders
IBA Certification (CBAP or CCBA)
Product Ownership Certification (CSPO, PSPO)
Working knowledge of CA Agile Central
Experience writing Gherkin acceptance criteria
