An HR Innovation Analyst you will ensure that the needs of our 17,000+ employees guide the design of programs, policies, and solutions.  

In this role, you will generate insights about employee experience and preferences through research, analysis, testing, and user-centered design efforts.  You’ll share these insights with the appropriate teams and partner to drive change.  

What does a typical day look like?

  • Conducting interviews and focus groups with employees
  • Analyzing findings, and communicating insights through research briefs and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Planning and facilitating ideation sessions or design sprints
  • Using Design Thinking or prototypes to test potential solutions with employees
  • Using excel to compile and analyze data
  • Managing priorities and flow of work onto the team’s project backlog

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field required
  • Masters in Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Skilled in diagnosing and defining complex problems, testing hypotheses, and providing detailed analysis
  • Great oral and written communication skills. Ability to exhibit a commanding presence when necessary
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of design thinking, agile, lean, and/or rapid prototyping
  • Interest in Human-Centered Design, UX/UI, or wire-framing a plus
