Job Description

Aerotek - Nintendo of America Inc.

Requirements:

* Technical Degree or higher
* Advanced knowledge of networking concepts (routing, switching, OSI layer model, VLAN, etc)
* Understanding of network protocols/technologies (TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, FTP, DNS, etc)
* Familiarity with Windows security solutions (Group Policy, Active Directory, Administrative Tools, Bitlocker, etc)
* Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (iOS and Android)
* Knowledge of A/V technology concepts and standards (HDMI, HDCP, NTSC, PAL, etc)
* Troubleshooting Cisco VoIP devices
* Experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell
* Excellent Microsoft Office application skills and advanced knowledge in Outlook mail client
* Advanced understanding of Active Directory
* Web browser support (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge)

* Research and implement priority-based customer service response levels
* Form, implement, and follow general support structures and workflows
* Collaborate with key management to form relationships with departments that are relied upon to support Product Testing
* Create and organize workflow-related documentation and processes
* Develop and organize regular research timelines for process and technology improvements
* Provide basic scripting support for the department
