* Technical Degree or higher* Advanced knowledge of networking concepts (routing, switching, OSI layer model, VLAN, etc)* Understanding of network protocols/technologies (TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, FTP, DNS, etc)* Familiarity with Windows security solutions (Group Policy, Active Directory, Administrative Tools, Bitlocker, etc)* Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (iOS and Android)* Knowledge of A/V technology concepts and standards (HDMI, HDCP, NTSC, PAL, etc)* Troubleshooting Cisco VoIP devices* Experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell* Excellent Microsoft Office application skills and advanced knowledge in Outlook mail client* Advanced understanding of Active Directory* Web browser support (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge)* Research and implement priority-based customer service response levels* Form, implement, and follow general support structures and workflows* Collaborate with key management to form relationships with departments that are relied upon to support Product Testing* Create and organize workflow-related documentation and processes* Develop and organize regular research timelines for process and technology improvements* Provide basic scripting support for the department
