Job Description

Shift :1st Shift 8:00am-5:00pm (Part-time 20-30 Hrs./week)


  • Primarily supporting the HR Department with sourcing, recruiting, staffing and talent needs for the client.
  • Recruit for the following: General Production/Light Industrial, Assembly, Welders/Fabricators.
  • Handling employee relations, employee on-boarding (orientation) and off-boarding (exit interviews, terminations) while adhering to client policies/procedures.
  • Responsible for basic clerical actions: filing papers, faxing, scanning, mailing, inbound/outbound calls, etc..
  • Call volume can be anywhere from 20-50 calls a day.
  • Navigate through a Microsoft Word/Excel, sorting spreadsheets, filtering and basic formulas.

  • Associates Degree in Business w/ Communications and HR Emphasis
  • 1+ YRS. Experience in HR Related/Recruiting Field
  • Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel basic functions

  • Working within the Human Resource Department. Personal work space, quite and temperature controlled
