Senior level on-site project management/lead for a team of budgetanalysts and contract specialist in support of financial operations. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of assignedemployees. Also performing as the program budget analyst andadministrator for a complex customer services billing system (Remedy).Reviewing contract documents for information or changes related to invoicingand assigning all cost information in the database of record. Generatingpredictable, realistic and auditable monthly billing statements in a timelymanner to enable sufficient cash flow in accordance with customer requirementsand the contract terms while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures,laws, regulations and agency guidelines. Conduct and review circuit billinganalysis for accuracy and completeness of the clients billing system. Identification of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. Reviewing, evaluating,and understanding variances in order to improve the quality, resolve customerbilling issues prior to release and to ensure data integrity and equitableinvoicing. Independently performing complex analysis decomposing highlydetailed information from multiple sets of circuit data sources, or whensources are lacking in support of cost and contractual data. Using multipleanalytical reports, techniques and interaction w/various team and staff levels.Prepare and review Customer account reconciliations to include month end,mid-year reviews and year-end closings.

  • Drafting and coordinating Standard Operating Procures (SOP); which incorporates all contractual agreements, management decisions and client regulations and policies.
  • Assisting in the pricing methodologies for use in the system of charges.
  • Participating in discussions regarding circuits, customer, process, procedures, policies, regulations and billing related decisions and direction at the executive level to provide billing support and analysis to ensure billing database is operating within agreed and required upon parameters
  • Job RequirementsRequires Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (project management) experience.
