Apex Systems is now hiring for 25 Service Desk Technicians (Tier I) for our client in Boise, Idaho.
Job Description: Taking Tier I level calls in support of the network. Resolving customer issues with great service and compassion for their problem. Using SM7 ticketing system to track issues. Previously on Remedy ticketing.
Responsibilities: Provide professional solutions to end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence.
- DOD 8750 IAT Level I Certification (A+, Net+, or higher)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Must pass technical screening administered by Apex Systems
