Prairie St. John's, a 110-bed psychiatric care facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, has been providing services for children, adolescents and adults to address mental health issues, chemical dependency or addiction and co-occurring disorders since 1997. Prairie offers a full-service psychiatric and addiction Continuum of Care. This Continuum of Care includes inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, residential treatment, intensive outpatient services and clinic services. Prairie St. John’s is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to serve as a Marketing Representative.
Position Highlights:
Relationship Based: This position develop and establish regular contact with healthcare providers, law enforcement, and school districts to maintain positive relationships; provide follow up services and identify needs in an effort to improve and expand services offered at Prairie St. John's.
Market Leader: Prairie St. John's is the largest, free-standing behavioral health facility offering a full continuum of care to people of all ages throughout the region.
Professional Growth: This is an opportunity for an individual to develop relationship skills and connect referral sources with the services necessary to get patients with mental health and addiction challenges back to the life they want to live!
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Criminal Justice, Addiction Studies
  • Experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, business management, customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently, accept rejection and criticism, and maintain highly confidential information
  • Reliable transportation to visit referral sources 3 – 5 times per week.
