Job Description Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a medical organization to identify an experienced Practice Administrator.  This individual will be responsible for directing practice activities to ensure accomplishment ofobjectives, typically in multiple full-time clinics with more than six physicians or multiple lines of business. He or she will recommend practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long-range planning to achieve and maintain growth and continually evaluate practice strategies and plans to meet changing national, state, and local needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Develop and establish policies, procedures and objectives. Ensure their adequate execution, compliance, and updates.•Evaluate general and specific business conditions as they relate to operational issues and advise the governing body and the Executive Director on these matters. Advise and assist in developing organizational objectives and plan for their achievement.•Within scope of authority, ensure the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activities based upon business need. Direct the coordination of hardware and software requirements of existing and future systems.•Direct the development and implementation of organizational procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization. Monitor, analyze, assess, and communicate practice progress. Consider present and planned capacity. In financial terms,consider manpower and practice needs, including facilities and technology.•Direct the preparation and maintenance of management reports necessary to carry out functions of practice. Prepare periodic reports as necessary.•Ensure compliance and adherence to the organizations structure, management philosophy, and mission statements.•Oversee development and coordination of new office locations and their needs as required. Supervise all practice staff. Clinical work direction provided by physicians.This position will pay between $85,000 - $90,000 annually depending on experience. Job RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business field.•Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
