Job Description The Network Technician will provide technical support to computer customers needing assistance with account administration , distribution of software, hardware, and problem resolution. Remote access and VPN support. Provide service / support request entry via an Incident tracking system. Candidate must be able to collect and document necessary information for appropriate escalation to the secondary IT team. They will communicate with end users to provide customized solutions utilizing company standard software products and services.
Job Requirements
  • 1+ years experience performing Level 1 support
  • Experience in desktop and networking support
  • Proficient with MS Windows XP and 7, MS Office 2007-2010, MAC OSX 10.6 and 10.7, VPN access / Remote support and proven ability in the use of all pertinent software applications
