-Concurrent orchestration and management of numerous complex machine and system orders.
-Ensure timely and accurate sales order entry including product configuration, pricing and appropriate legal language.
-Provide leadership, guidance, support and training to administrative staff while striving to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
-Facilitate cross-departmental meetings for large orders, casino openings, and unique order situations.
-Active participation in operational efficiency projects to streamline processes impacting the order management cycles.
-0-2+ years of experience in project management and supply chain/sales support experience focused on customer service and sales order management order to revenue cycles in a regulated environment.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Preferred Qualifications
-Critical Thinking Skills and the ability to glean relevant information from numerous sources and apply effectively to varying orders.
-Exceptional proven customer service skills and Communication Skills.
-Preferred working knowledge of SAP order entry and Variant Configurator tool.
-Ability to work effectively in collaboration with other teams and individuals.
-Ability to work independently with general guidelines.
Special requirements needed
Must be at least 21 years of age
Able to obtain a Gaming License
