Job Description

A financial client in the Beaverton area is looking for a LICENSED insurance customer service representative. Candidates MUST possess a current property and casualty insurance license.

What does the Licensed Servicing Agent do?

  • Process and follow-up on requested changes and updates to insurance policies
  • Respond to billing and coverage inquiries, and proof of insurance requests
  • Process insurance policy renewal questionnaires as needed
  • Conduct policy reviews on in-force policies and advise on additional coverage and policies as needed
  • Respond to underwriting information requests on in-force policies
  • Stay informed of industry changes, changes in products/services, procedures, and policies
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic customer files in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements
  • This is a small team supporting the Insurance arm of their business.

    Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

    Business Casual.


    At least 1 year of experience required.

    Education: Basic cognitive math, writing, reading skills equivalent to 4 years of high school education
    Certification/License: Property & Casualty license required, Life & Health license preferred
