Sales Assistant OfficeTeam has an excellent position available for an articulate, highly-skilled Sales Assistant in the growing brokerage industry, located in the New Orleans, Louisiana area. How you will make an impact: • Provide accurate, friendly customer service by greeting attendees as they arrive • Perform functions including handling onsite registration, checking off registered attendees from the attendance log upon entrance, and Collecting business cards from attendees upon entrance • Distribute peel and stick badges to registered attendees, and provide non-registered attendees with a hand-written name badge after they provide their necessary information • Require guests with no business card to provide information such as their name, company name, and e-mail address to be entered into a database at the end of the event • Collect all information from name badges, business cards, and information sheets at the end of the even to be entered into the database What we're looking for: • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills • Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors • Customer service experience • Preferred: 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience If you are an ambitious, results-oriented, articulate Sales Assistant who desires to play a vital role in a well-respected brokerage company then OfficeTeam wants to hear from you!
