Job Description

Pro Staff has the opportunity for you! We are currently seeking 100+ call center representatives for a large company in downtown Minneapolis Minnesota which acts as a third party administrator for class action lawsuits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
  • Manage customer calls by delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Outbound Calling
  • Answering caller questions by following script and documenting call information into database.
  • General database updates.
  • Write appropriate call logs for company/counsel
  • Qualifications:

  • 25 wpm minimum typing requirement.
  • Comfortable working on computer.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Background check administered.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Strong work ethic (attendance is critical)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Bilinguals needed!
  • Shift hours are 9:30-6pm
