Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proactive digital analysis & reporting needs
  • Create a consistent communication rhythm on digital performance outcomes, keeping various digital strategy, IT, business, marketing and operations leaders in synch with overall performance and insights
  • Bring a holistic approach to digital behavior, supplying data - driven analytics to improve consumer sentiment, digital revenue, and digital first focus
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Strategy, Mobile Strategy, Web Development, Call Center, and Consumer Engagement Communications (marketing) teams to create analysis and reports to support goals and insights
  • Act as a thought leader, constantly pushing the envelope and challenging both leadership and collaborative partners when it comes to analytics and metrics
  • Drive on - demand reporting and a focus on deep, consumer level insights and predictive analysis
  • Proactively engage in daily (and intra - day) monitoring of digital performance and digital data to create baseline expectations and understanding of information, used to drive analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Recommend and support system and operational enhancements to drive more strategic collection, use, and analysis of digital insights and data based on executive priorities
  • Support development and adoption of on - demand integrated reporting & analysis of consumer behavior against stated goals and KPIs
  • Support departmental and organizational plans and priorities to accomplish yearly revenue and consumer satisfaction goals
  • Serves as a key resource on complex and / or critical issues
  • Prepares and presents (in person and / or via teleconference) reports, analysis, and presentations to colleagues and leaders
  • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Performs complex conceptual analyses
  • Executes digital analysis and reporting strategies that are aligned with best practices
  • Possess a balance of analytical and strategic thinking skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality insights and analysis
  • Work within cross - functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive decisioning
  • Execute deliverables utilizing Adobe Analytics, Domo, Excel, Business Objects, PowerPoint and other tools
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change
  • Generally work is prescribed by key priorities, executive analyst and Marketing Operations leadership team
  • Work with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience with digital data strategy, reporting & analysis
  • Experience communicating with Digital, Marketing, Operations and Business leaders
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Domo (or similar tools) and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization and with external strategic and technical partners

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe AEM, Target, and R, Business Objects, SQL or other analysis tools
  • Experience in marketing operations or marketing data and analytics
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
