Job Description


Kforce has a client in Lake Forest, Illinois (IL) seeking a Contract Analyst.Essential Job Functions:
  • Analyze, prepare and process customer, IDN and GPO contracts and pricing accurately into ERP system
  • Partner with the sales team to assist with contract negotiations, develop sales reports and analysis, and manage contract renewals/expirations
  • Test ERP system improvements, changes, and upgrades thoroughly to ensure they appropriately support the business and meet customer requirements
  • Manage drug shortage allocations and manage for customer/supply chain
  • Update and process all assigned contracts to SpringCM
  • Drive all customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Drive maintenance and changes to Extended Pricing and Customer Master
  • Key Areas of Responsibility:Contracts/Pricing:
  • Analyze, prepare, implement and approve customer agreements and renewals to meet the requirements of the business
  • Assist with leading customer RFI and RFP responses on behalf of the company which includes putting together a project plan for timely responses, review, and submission
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to consolidate responses to customer RFIs and RFPs
  • Redline customer contracts in the best interest of the company
  • Accurately enter all components of the contract into the ERP system to ensure billing accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Work with client teams as appropriate in support of customers
  • Drive adoption and enhancements to Contract Management and CRM Systems
  • Manage mass maintenance pricing process with ERP System on a timely and accurate basis to modify customer pricing based on business needs
  • Reporting/Analysis, Item Master Maintenance, Supply Disruption Management:
  • Ensure monthly and weekly sales reports are accurate and sent out on a timely basis
  • Perform analysis and reporting as necessary to support Sales, Marketing and other departments as necessary
  • Job Requirements


    • College degree required
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with prior healthcare experience a plus
    • Detail oriented with strong focus on accuracy
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP Systems
    • Possesses a solid analytical ability with strong problem-solving skills
    • Solid organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Results-oriented with a disciplined approach to driving to fact-based decisions
    • A proven self-starter who can work independently
    • Team player with strong communication skills
    • A passion and commitment for providing customers with first rate customer service
