Top Skills:

  • Previous Customer Service experience in a Call Center
  • Aptitude to learn proprietary tools and have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office 2007).
  • Reliable Self Starter who can work independently. Strong work ethic.
  • Description:

  • Must be open to 24x7 operations and assigned to work any shift as required.
  • May require working alone on the later shifts and weekends. May be asked to support other service areas when workload is slow. Additional tasks may include supporting the Inflight Emergency Line with precise quality and efficiency per documented processes.
  • This position requires a person with quick and accurate phone and PC skills as well as professionalism to interface with Client executives, employees, partners, and customers.

  • The operator services representative or operator responds to requests for Client information and directory assistance for employees; is trained to apply the appropriate protocol, discretion, and company procedures when interacting with and providing assistance to government officials, Client customers and the media. The customer service representative / operator provides after hours coordination for emergency crews, executives, and management personnel; Operator services is emergency and priority support to overseas and remote site personnel. They also facilitate access to Language Line services and provide paging and escalation services as needed.

    The ideal person will have a great attitude and is reliable and can process a high volume of calls with accuracy and of the highest quality.

    Should be willing to work one weekend day as they will either be put on Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday then the hours will be one of the following
