Must Haves:- 0-6+ Months of experience- Comfortable with Excel (formulas, data manipulation)- Analytical/ Problem Solving mindset (ability to help work through deductions and account discrepancies) This role will most likely go perm, but they have to prove themselves to be a top performer. They have to be prepared to learn and take on new responsibilities. This is a new role, but the managers expect that these people will be on a fast track for promotions because of the extra skills they'll have both skill setsPosition Overview:Person will start their role within the Billing and Deductions team (3 Months). They will support the investigation and resolutions of account deductions. After about 3 months, they will transition to Accounts Receivable. They will be more effectively support customer's accounts because they will understand how to research and resolve most deductions issues/ discrepancies. Billing and Deductions - Research and resolve account deductions - Coordinate with other internal departments regarding needed billings and documentation requirements - Serves as point person for vendors and brokers for requests for backup or repayment of deductions - Researches repayment requests and determines whether repayment is required. - Researches backup requests and provides necessary documentation for the deduction.Accounts Receivable - Investigate chargebacks via root cause analysis and resolve with customer or internal business units. - Contact customers to follow up on past due invoices and track the progress of payments received towards past due balances. - Conduct payment analysis of accounts to ensure timely collections, minimize credit risk and limit delinquent DSO. - Maintain aging of all assigned accounts and keep detailed record of communication shared with customers relating to any issue resolution of past due balances on account.
