Job Responsibilities:

Working off of an active case list, you will retrieve existing case information from our old case tracking tool and save to a file. You will be provided detailed instructions to then enter the case information into our new case tracking tool, upload documents to the new case, and create a case tasks. To complete the task, you will review to ensure the accuracy of the data entered.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient computer knowledge and data entry skills (accuracy and speed).

  • Microsoft Office product experience i.e. MSWord, Excel, and MS Access.

  • Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple open computer applications and/or screens at one time.

  • Ability to follow instruction, work independently and effectively with minor supervision.

  • Ability to think analytically, research, ask questions and problem solve.

  • Excellent customer service skills required.

  • Ability to stay focused and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily task and process deadlines.

  • Ability to shift focus to various tasks throughout the day. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Willingness to cross train and change responsibilities.

  • Ability to participate effectively in a team atmosphere.

  • Ability to work overtime with little or no notice.

  • Education

    High school degree required; Bachelor's or Associate's preferred.

    Experience Required

    Minimum 3 months to 1 year in a similar data entry type role
