The HR Technology Operations Manager
The HR Technology Operations Manager will work with system administrators, analysts and with our development partners to ensure oversight of our core HR system software availability, maintain complete and accurate documentation of system requirements and timely delivery of the defect resolution and production fixes. The HR Technology Operations Manager serves as a liaison between the development team, HR Technology Consulting team, Program Management team and the international HR Technology team throughout bug fix design, development and testing phases. The Manager also ensures backlog items are appropriately sized, prioritized and planned for production releases. Supports process improvement activities to align systems and processes to deliver integrated HR solutions to business leaders, managers, and employees.
