The Manager, Digital Content is responsible for integrating production content into digital platforms: aggregating and distributing production elements to expand content reach.  This position reports to the Head of Creative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Primary production contact liaising with digital department on available creative content for upcoming shoots and LIVE programming (i.e. remotes events, Center Court, and TC LIVE coverage).
  • Responsible for integrating production created content to digital platforms.
  • Ensure creative content from production department meets digital needs and specifications (i.e. licensing clearance, oversee content modification of broll or music for web usage.)
  • Work in conjunction with media managers on delivery process of creative product.
  • Organizes and coordinates timeline for digital content calendar distribution.
  • Works closely with external entities (i.e. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Circa etc.) to expand content reach to sister stations.
  • Works with creative team and feature producers to ensure assigned projects are being promoted across all digital platforms (i.e. dotcom, social media entities).
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Understanding of production and digital environments
  • Tennis knowledge and storytelling experience a plus
  • Must possess strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills (i.e. ability to handle high-volume email and in-person interactions)
  • Working knowledge of Avid editing facilities and Microsoft programs
  • Strong ability to multi-task, adapt to fast-pace environment and manage multiple projects
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a production or digital role, or a similar position within the Sports Production Industry
  • Willingness to work 40+ hours/week on a flexible schedule and remain accessible during Production peak times and available to work non-traditional days/hours. (This job will require working 14+ days during Slams Events)
