Are you ready for a new career opportunity? The New Account Review department is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. The scheduled shift is Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Fraud Application Review Representative reviews and verifies credit card applications and account information to prevent various types of fraud and losses. They contact victims of identity theft and assist them with protecting their identity going forward. No prior banking experience is required. We offer comprehensive and ongoing training to ensure success in the position.
Performing a variety of tasks to prevent financial loss by contacting potential customers to verify legitimacy of account, verifying applicant information through various tools, and resolving fraudulent account applications.
Partnering with multiple departments to assist with fraud / ID Theft issues.
Following all compliance and regulatory requirements surrounding account initiation and fraud documentation.
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of clerical or related work experience
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Well-developed ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions
Ability to work with unwritten but generally understood instructions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
