  • WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Tuscon, AZ
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Conduct interviews with customer service advisors and managers
  • Conduct ‘Ride Along’ observation of advisors in action
  • Capture comprehensive current state process workflows associated with service case management activities
  • Identify key areas of process variance and opportunity for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
  • HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Experience and expertise in writing and publishing a wide variety of documents to an equally varied assortment of audiences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, and writing documentation for process frameworks and methodologies in process improvement
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Experience in a customer service/case management environment
  • Expert knowledge of MS Word (97, 2000, and XP), PowerPoint, Excel and Visio and the ability to operate presentation technology (computer & projector)
  • Experience in participating and leading document walkthroughs involving editing and mark-up during the walkthrough
  • Job Requirements
