INTERACTIVE BANKER AMBASSADOR

Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in retail banking.   As an Interactive Banker Ambassador you’ll help us achieve one common goal – to provide quality financial services that exceed customer expectations!  This position is temporary through October.  The candidate will provide outstanding customer service at our Interactive Banker Machines (IBM).  Tasks may include providing professional customer service, and assisting and educating customers on how to operate the IBMs at multiple Fidelity Bank branch locations.  The candidate will be placed at branch that best suits their needs and will work a maximum of 20 hours a week.

Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to display professionalism in customer service, and a willingness to assist those who are new to a process. Flexibility in the area of town in which they are willing to work, and reliable transportation are also required - as this employee will work at several branches as they enact the new technology.
