Job Description Concord Hospitality is Hiring

Concord Hospitality is seeking to hire a talented analyst to help drive future growth. The position will work directly with the SVP and Director of Business Development performing market research and due diligence support for the underwriting of acquisitions, 3rd party management contracts and development projects.

 Screen and underwrite potential hotel acquisition, Joint Venture (JV) and new development opportunities for select-service, full-service and boutique/lifestyle projects
 Conduct market research and perform due diligence in connection with the pursuit of prospective acquisition and new development projects
 Prepare hotel proformas and valuation analyses
 Preparation of high quality power point presentations for owners, investors, and partners
 Assist in preparation of debt financing and equity memorandums for new projects
 Assist in preparation of RFP responses and due diligence for prospective management opportunities
 Manage internal financial and market databases
 Participate in company-provided training for skills advancement and leadership development
 Communicate with co-workers, owners, and others in a courteous and professional manner
 Conform with and abide by all regulations, polices, work procedures and instructions as provided
 Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
 BA degree (Hospitality Specialization preferred with coursework in hotel accounting and real estate investment)
 Strong analytical, financial and writing skills
 Strong understanding of hotel investment, NPV and return analysis
 Basic understanding of hotel brands and chain scales
 Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
 Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
 Strong work ethic and organizational and time-management skills
 Past internships in relevant fields of work
 Position would be based in Concord’s Raleigh corporate office

Role is Hourly with Annual Salary $55,000 per year earnings
