Job Description Job Description:
 
The Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate activities between the various entities responsible for Network Deployment and Management within the Windstream areas.  This includes OSP Engineering, ND&M Project Management, ND&M Support, as well as other internal and external contacts. The Coordinator will communicate with both internal and external customers and is responsible for creating, maintaining and tracking ND&M requests, ensuring all records are updated and accurate.
The Coordinator must be able to provide accurate, timely and concise updates both verbally and written. The Coordinator must be able to provide timely and accurate data in written format for recurring and ad-hoc reporting. The position requires the ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and performing required duties within specified timelines. The Coordinator will be detailed oriented and self-motivated. 
 
Special Requirements/ Certifications:
 
Knowledge and strong technical aptitude using Microsoft Excel and Word are required.  The coordinator may utilize multiple systems, such as JTOSP, LeaseNet, JIRA, Confluence, Docushare, WINBuy, VIEW or any other system that is required within scope of duties as assigned.


Job RequirementsEducation and Experience:  

High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
