Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Nashville, TN.Summary:The Operations Client Services Specialist is a representative in the Client Services team supporting internal and/or external Wealth Management Americas clients in the areas of Client Support, Branch Support, Product Support and/or Key Segments. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, challenging processes and procedures, and providing ideas and suggestions to improve the client experience.Other responsibilities include:
  • Independently interact with their clients to provide timely and complete resolution to inquiries/requests within established timeframes
  • Educate clients on processes and procedures
  • Navigates through various internal administrative systems
  • Analyze trends, identify root cause and propose solutions
  • Job Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant experience preferred
    • 0 - 2+ years financial institutional experience
    • 0 - 2+ years call customer service related experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Eager to get foot in the door
