As a member of the Consumer Experience Team, this position is responsible managing the member communications execution designed to attract and activate consumers in Optum programs in order to achieve program participation and value targets. This position will have direct involvement in developing and deploying marketing communications in all markets. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results oriented work environment. You must be highly motived, roll up your sleeves, self-starter with a passion for communicating in new and disruptive ways. You should thrive on seeking new insights, finding creative solutions and measuring results.Primary Responsibilities:
Project manages creative projects from kick-off through execution
Manage detailed timeline and budget estimates for each project
Serve as main point of contact to other key stakeholders to ensure the project is executed on time with 100% quality; other stakeholders include fulfillment, email team, data, etc.
Maintain a 1:1 relationship with marketing manager partner, PM all projects related to product strategies
Communicate project status and key dates back to marketing manager and other stakeholders
Host and lead data, fulfillment services and creative kick-off meetings
Manage external and internal agency relationships
Manage all creative rounds and ensure edits are made before passing creative back to marketing manager
Keep and maintain all projects details within the GRID (PM Software tool)
Participate in and activate process improvements related to project work, including partner processes
Manage to a full load of simple to complex projects with minimal direction
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of experience using written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of experience in assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
1+ year of experience providing coaching and feedback to less experienced co-workers
Experience / understanding of the incremental impact of marketing programs including ROI
High energy, detail oriented and creative individual
Ability to multi-task and effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and priorities
Demonstrates the ability to act and react quickly to changes and challenges
Familiarity with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and frequent changes
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across a wide range of groups and functions
