Job Description


Kforce has a client in the Johnston, Rhode Island (RI) area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a long term temporary basis.Responsibilities for this position will include:
  • Taking inbound calls to handle customer inquiries, process claims, rectify problems, and assist new clientele with enrolling with the organization
  • Assisting clients with basic technological assistance
  • Handling fulfillment requests
  • Managing between 30-40 small accounts
  • Processing shipping for goods
  • Additional projects, as requested
  • Job Requirements


    • 1-3 years previous CSR or Order Processing experience
    • 2+ years of strong customer service experience in a call center environment
    • Proficient in Excel and Word
    • Ability to interact effectively with customers and providers to explain services and procedures and to resolve problems
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to take direction well and work independently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Detail oriented, accuracy skills
