Job Description

Our client, a technology company supporting government services, is searching for help desk technicians to support internal employees. This is a 24x7x365 operation with multiple openings on different shifts. 

  • Taking calls from internal employees
  • Troubleshooting multiple applications such as resetting passwords, installing/reinstalling, etc. 
  • Troubleshooting peripheral equipment such as network printers
