Title:Sr. Marketing Manager - Strategy Objective: To execute strategic goals in all marketing plans and campaigns by partnering with the marketing team strategic leads. Relationships: Reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Digital Deployment Manager, Art Director and the rest of the Marketing Strategy team. Has daily interaction and collaboration with cross-functional team project leads ranging from Content Creation to Member Relations and Business Development. Partners with the Marketing Operations team and PR team on seamless integration of all campaigns. Works with external vendors including copywriters, designers and web agency for resource support. Responsibilities and Duties • As part of strategy team develops marketing plans • Oversees strategic media plan (along with PR Director) • Manages global advertising schedule • Translates strategy to Operations team for execution/implementation plans • Works closely with Art Director on translation of creative strategy • Works with brand/strategy vendors • Maintains day to day touch point with Ops team to ensure execution is on track to support strategy • Works closely with Digital Deployment team on content marketing results, translates into next steps on campaigns • Evaluate member research, marketing insights, event evaluations and/or other data to help build marketing plans Time Allotment • Marketing Planning, Strategy and Agency/Vendor Management: 50% • Ongoing Plan Modification, Measurement Analysis: 25% • Team integration, supervision, meetings and communications: 15% • Media management: 10% Measures of Success: Ability to deliver successful campaigns in new strategic category areas Technology Global expansions (e.g. Europe, etc.) New partnerships (Latin America, Sesame Street) Guiding plans for existing campaigns for continued reach and impact Serves as an in-house marketing expert/counsel Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline and/or an equivalent of 5-10 years' experience in integrated marketing and client management • Experience with global marketing and localized strategy for events or programs; managing global agencies and/or translation firms • Experience managing marketing agency, and/or outsourced creative vendors • Experience developing and managing budgets • Demonstrated history of marketing campaign management that met/exceeded goals and grew revenue • Ability to translate client needs into appropriate marketing strategies and messages • Strategic knowledge of social media/Web • Strong organizational, project management skills • Able to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility, work efficiently and meet deadlines • Able to collaborate, influence and sell ideas across multiple internal groups/stakeholders • Customer-service driven; superior communication and negotiation skills • Strong team player with positive attitude and approach to working with and educating others • Demonstrate creativity; able to devise cost-effective solutions yet solve business needs • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; customer database platforms Contact: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
