Paladin is in search of a Management Supervisor to join one of our long-standing advertising agency clients, in assisting them in managing the agency’s top account! This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an agency environment, and a close-knit group of colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of client and team management experience. This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of ongoing client needs such as strategy, creative, reporting and communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors who oversee related aspects of the client relationship. This position also will supervise the activities of the Account Supervisor and Account Executives.

Managing Client Relationships and program needs
Regularly Conduct Executive Level Client meetings
Serve as the primary contact with the Agency Director and vendor partners for Client accounts
Assist Management Director in new business pitches, pilot programs and client onboarding
Supervise, train and delegate workflow carried out by Account Supervisor and Account Executives for his/her client group
Oversee internal Client Facing Creative Production Services as well as manage all outbound client marketing needs
7-8 years of Client Management is a must
Automotive and Advertising agency experience is a plus, but not required
Must have a thorough knowledge of the Client’s business and demonstrate an on-going commitment and response to his or her Clients’ needs.
Required to forge positive relationships with his or her Clients through consistent contact and diligent client service – which will include monthly travel for in-person meetings with certain Clients.
Must know how to build solid relations and work effectively with their team as well as people in other departments to achieve optimal results.
Knowledge of integrated disciplines (Direct Marketing, Interactive, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Lifestyle Marketing, Collateral, and Merchandising) is a must
Advanced knowledge of Computer Systems and Emerging Technology is a must
Prior experience in sales, digital advertising and programming is a plus, but not required.
Prior experience with Salesforce and Basecamp is a plus, but not required.
