This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Honolulu, Hawaii region and is a long term temporary-to-fulltime employment opportunity. Major responsibilities - By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Field and send written business correspondence - Manage incoming telephone calls
Job Requirements- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Typing over 60 words per minute experience highly desired - Command of scanning - Comprehensive knowledge of Direct Mail - Proven knowledge of customer service - Filing experience preferred - Strong familiarity with switchboard phones from 10 -30 lines - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Microsoft Office knowledge required - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong computer skills including customer database systems - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers If you seek to deliver great customer outcomes and want to improve your customer service skills to deliver personalized service specific to individual customer needs, we want to hear from you now.
