As a Physical Therapist, you will perform and direct physical therapy treatment toward preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving and/or restoring muscle function and maintaining maximum performance within the client’s capabilities in accordance with the plan or care/treatment. This will involve supplying physical therapy services in their home as prescribed by a physician, and evaluating the client’s level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities test.

We are seeking a reliable and personable Physical Therapist who combines the knowledge and skills necessary to perform all procedures as outlined, with the ability to contribute as a team member and work under minimal supervision. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to positively adapt to change. Furthermore, it is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level.
