National Company is seeking Customer Service Reps for their location in Wilmington Del. The CSRs will be responsible for resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Will also contact customers to address inquiries or to notify of claim investigations results or any planned adjustments. Additionally will refer unresolved customer issues to designated divisions for future research. All CSR will be responsible to keep proper records of all actions and interactions with clients. Shifts will be 11:30am to 8:00pm Requirements:
Requirements: - Strong written and verbal skills - Background in customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - High School Degree or GED - Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
