Assist in managing facility, maintenance, landscape, safety projects and administration including scheduling, billing, filing, documentation, and office duties.
Manage projects from conception to completion. Set deadlines/milestones, overcome obstacles and finish projects on schedule and below budget. (10%)
Manage project billing, filing, and documentation (including pictures). (10%)
Professional coordination with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Successful documentation and forecasting needed. (10%)
Ability to perform multiple complex tasks with accuracy. (10%)
Assist front office personnel including Aqua-Aston and AOAO. Understand all MKV personnel structure, by laws, house rules, safety rules, policies and procedures. (10%)
Compose, prepare and distribute professional correspondence. (10%)
Assist with budget preparation and tracking. (10%)
Maintain office supplies. (5%)
Professionally interface with owners, guests, co-workers and superiors. (10%)
Knowledge of regulations with County and State laws, rules and codes. (5%)
Perform other duties as assigned. (10%)
A high school diploma with several years of experience. Some college work preferred.
5 or more years experience in Project Administration. (Microsoft Office including MS Project, Powerpoint and Adobe. Type minimum of 40 WPM.)
