Job Description IT/Web Planner (Admin Professional) - #S1580PO

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill an IT/Web Planner (Admin Professional) position at UVM Continuing & Distance Education (CDE). Key responsibilities include: plan for the effective management of information systems to support CDE strategic organizational goals. Manage the development of new features and initiatives to support organizational growth and customer service. Project manage information technology projects: create timelines and prioritized schedule of development and maintenance. Drive adherence to plans and processes and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables and hitting target milestones. Design systems for ensuring data integrity within information systems related to enrollment, marketing, faculty evaluation and internal processes. Participate in the decision-making team regarding website development, maintenance, and enhancement. Provide user training on cloud-based software (SalesForce and Hubspot) Provide backup for both website content updates and back-end web content management system (wordpress). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, and two to four years relevant experience or equivalent combination required. Demonstrated skills in IT project management, business analysis and organizational skills, attention to detail, effective interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Demonstrated knowledge of spread basic programming/scripting, HTML web standards, web design and development, and accessibility. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems Administration, Information Security best practices, and email marketing. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment.
