Daily Responsibilities of Telephonic Worker's Comp Case Manager: 

  •  Facilitates communication between all parties including the injured worker, the adjuster, the employer, treating physician(s) and ancillary providers to assist the injured worker in obtaining prompt and appropriate medical treatment.
  • Goal is to get them checked out, recovered and back to work. These roles are telephonic, in office, there is rarely any time that they will be working in the field.
  • If they are ever asked to go in the field, mileage is reimbursed.
  • Requirements for Telephonic Worker's Comp Case Manager:

  • RN License in the state of LA
  • Bachelor/Associate Degree in Nursing or Related Field
  • 3+ years’ Workers Compensation Case Management experience
  • Hours for this Position:

    Monday – Friday 8-5 pm
