Job Description Paladin is in search of a Social Media Supervisor to join one of our long-standing advertising agency clients, in assisting them in managing the agency’s top account! This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an agency environment, and a close-knit group of colleagues to be involved in day-to-day management of the agency’s top clients. This includes developing, managing and reporting on social advertising strategies, as well as enhancing the online reputation of assigned clients whenever possible. This person collaborates with all teams to bring innovative, integrated social media strategies and solutions to their clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of client management and paid social advertising experience that includes executing campaigns across all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat). Must have the desire to work within a fast-paced environment and be involved directly with clients to achieve their business needs. Candidates with digital advertising and automotive background will be a huge plus!
Role: Permanent (direct-hire)
Location: Chicago (downtown)
Start date: ASAP – as soon as we find the right candidate!
Salary: $75k annually

•Supervise the day-to-day activities and workflow of the Social Media Marketing Managers on his/her assigned territories
•Act us the primary contact to multiple dealerships, regional clients and partner agency contacts
•Work with account, creative, product and data teams to ensure all social media campaigns are seamlessly executed
•Regularly execute strategic brainstorms, proposal reviews and program results meetings with clients and partner agencies both in-person and via web meetings
•Manage paid advertising programs from start to finish from proposal development, media implementation, optimization, success measurement and management of creative, briefs and timelines with the support of the project management team
•Oversee client experience and marketing materials for social media department
•Execute live demonstrations of proprietary social media online reputation platform and social advertising products
•Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or related field
•5-6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience with paid social advertising and client management  
•Experience with automotive and working with agencies is strongly preferred
•Expertise in executing campaigns across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat
•Expertise with Facebook Business Manager and Power Editor, including the ability to place campaigns, manage delivery and budgets, and analyze results and attribution
•Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred, but not required
•Advanced knowledge of integrated digital marketing strategies is a must
•Prior experience with Salesforce, Basecamp and Asana is a plus, but not required
•Have a passion for social media, be an active user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities and platforms
•Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills
