  • Your day-to-day: 

  • Support the Director in following Bickford’s processes and the overall operation/performance of the Branch
  • Complete financial processes timely and accurately
  • Manage and communicate with Bickford Family Members to maximize their engagement, growth and retention
  • Ensure value-added marketing activities are conducted to consistently achieve 100% occupancy
  • Support the Director to ensure the care delivery system consistently meets residents needs
  • Maintain an effective dementia program which enhances positive resident outcomes 
  • Foster an environment where small, but memorable, experiences are created for our residents
  • Requirements:

  • Associates degree; or two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CPR and First Aid certification.  If uncertified, may obtain certification upon hire
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • “FAMILY WAS EVERYTHING TO MOM.  When we decided to move mom to Bickford we knew that downsizing her home was going to be the toughest part.  She had so many memories in that house.  We had just begun unpacking mom’s things in her new apartment and I had to go pick her up as she was being discharged from the hospital.  When we got back to mom’s apartment all of her family pictures were hung on the wall just like they were at home.  The Assistant Director said that she wanted it to feel like Mom’s home when she first walked in.”
